Now I Know.

I remember when I was little, we would clean the house on Saturdays. I remember making a comment to my mom after we would finish about how clean the house was. Sometimes she would say, "Well, it's definitely tidy." I remember thinking, "What?! We just spent an hour or 2 cleaning the house! What do you mean it's JUST tidy?" It would make me a little frustrated. Well, now I know. My mom has been in San Francisco for the last 2 or so weeks and I just spent 2 hours cleaning the house. The best I can say is, "Well, it's definitely tidy." I'm so glad that my mom taught me the difference between tidy and clean.
