Today is the Winter Soltice. It's a happy day for me, even though we're in the dead of winter, because the days start to get longer again. I don't know about anyone else but I sure don't like it when the sun comes up at 8 in the morning and goes down at 5 at night. So, I'm always glad to see the days start to lengthen out again.
